Darin warnt er seine Kollegen vor der \u201eschwierigen Situation\u201c der Bahn und ruft zu einem Ausgabenstopp auf. Der \u00f6kologische Verkehrsclub kommentiert das Schreiben wie folgt:<\/h4>\n<p>Philipp Kosok, VCD-Bahnexperte: \u201eIst der vermeintlich konzerninterne Brandbrief von DB-Chef Lutz nicht doch ein f\u00fcr die \u00d6ffentlichkeit bestimmter Hilferuf an die Bundesregierung? Die Bundesregierung spricht zwar von einer Verkehrsverlagerung auf die Schiene.
